C-Map ECS is a marine navigation application centered on C‑MAP electronic charts, designed to give professional mariners and operators a clear, real‑time picture of their vessel’s position and planned route. It helps with voyage planning and situational awareness by displaying detailed vector charts and integrating data from onboard instruments.

Key capabilities:

• Electronic chart display using C‑MAP chart data with scalable zoom, layers, and depth contours
• Route planning with waypoints, legs, and track recording for post‑voyage review
• Integration with compatible navigation sensors (e.g., GPS/position, heading, AIS) for live target and vessel data
• User‑defined safety settings and navigational alerts to support safer decision‑making
• Optional display of information such as tides and currents when included in the chart data
